PRINCE HALL ART COMMISSION
The Prince Hall Art Commission was originally established at the Prince Hall Elementary School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to assist students at the school and to encourage them to study Prince Hall, the man for whom the school was named.
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
The Program Director for the Prince Hall Art Commission will:
a. Maintain contact with officials of the Prince Hall Elementary School.
b. Organize an art contest for grade school students.
c. Establish a staff of officers within the program as necessary to complete the assigned tasks.
