Thank you for taking the time to visit our site. If you are a first-time visitor you will discover that this site is for and about Prince Hall Free and Accepted Masons, but we are also about the family of Masons in general. Our long-range goal for this web site is for it to become a resource for historians, writers, and researchers who seek to tell the story of Prince Hall Masonry. Some of the programs we are working on to reach this goal are covered in our Coming Attractions. But you will find many useful features already here to guide your exploration of the Order. If you are looking for information about our founder, Prince Hall, it is essential--critically essential--that you see our entries about William Grimshaw part one and part two and then see a rendition of the history of our Order by Draffen that Joseph Walkes thought worthy to feature on his personal site. Much of what has been written about Prince Hall has been shown to have been based on falsehoods coming from the imagination of William Grimshaw, falsehoods that have been repeated for more than a century. Please gaurd against the continued perpetuation of grimshaw's myths.
Take your time with the site, and come back as often as you feel the need, because there is much to be seen here.
