Membership Application
If you are seeking full membership in the Phylaxis Society, including the right to participate in the election of officers, you must return to this page following payment and submit your Masonic affiliation. Internet applicants will be coded in our database as subscribers until we confirm that you are affiliated with a qualifying Masonic body. Allow four to six weeks processing time for a new membership.
Annual Membership: Domestic Mail - $35.00 USD
This category applies to those persons who live in an area serviced by the United States Postal Service. All others use the Overseas rate below.
Four-Year Membership: $100.00 USD
Masons who purchase five four-year memberships within a twelve month period are eligible for life membership. Declare your intent to make five payments when you submit the first payment. Available only in areas served by the US postal system.
Annual Membership: overseas. $50.00 USD
This category applies to those who are not serviced by the United States Postal Service.
Life Membership: $500.00 USD
Available to individuals (persons); organizations may apply for LIMITED life membership. Life membership is not available in areas outside the US postal system.
Life Membership Installment: $100.00 USD
Requires five payments within a twelve month period. Each installment extends your renewal date until the final installment is received. Life membership is not available in areas outside the US postal system.
Limited Life Membership: $500.00 USD
Available to organizations; expires after twenty years.
MASONIC AFFILIATION
If you are seeking regular membership, you must submit your Masonic affiliation in addition to payment. Internet applicants will be coded in our database as subscribers until we confirm that your affiliation is with a qualifying Masonic body.
